For the purposes of these terms of service, simnatic Solutions Ltd. may also be referred to as “simnatic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.

2. Description of Service

simnatic provides a software platform that allows users to practice trading using historical market data from the U.S. stock market.

The platform is designed strictly for educational and simulation purposes. No real money trading is conducted on the platform.

3. Pre-Launch Offer

During the pre-launch period:

• Users purchase access via email request and manual bank transfer.
• Access to the platform will be granted after the official launch.
• The pre-launch promotional price is 49.50 EUR (excluding VAT), representing a 50 percent discount from the regular price of 99 EUR.
• One month of platform access will be provided once the platform becomes available.

simnatic reserves the right to determine the official launch date.

4. Payment Method

Pre-launch purchases are processed via manual bank transfer.

Access to the service is granted only after payment has been received and verified.

Payment is processed via simnatic’s business bank account. No third-party payment processors are used during the pre-launch phase.

5. Account Registration

After launch, users may be required to create an account including:

• Username
• Password

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

6. Educational Use – No Financial Advice

The platform is intended solely for educational and training purposes.

The service does not provide:

• financial advice
• investment recommendations
• portfolio management
• brokerage services

By using the service, users acknowledge that simulated trading does not constitute financial advice and that all real-world investment decisions remain their responsibility.

Age requirement: Users must be 18 years or older to use the service.

7. Risk Acknowledgement

Even though the platform uses simulated trading, users acknowledge that:

• past market performance does not guarantee future results
• trading strategies that work in simulations may not work in real markets

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, simnatic shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of profits or business
• loss of data

The total liability of simnatic is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service.

9. Service Availability

simnatic does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

simnatic may:

• update or modify the platform
• temporarily suspend access
• change features

10. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and trademarks associated with the service remain the exclusive property of simnatic.

Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the service.

11. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• exploit vulnerabilities of the platform
• access accounts of other users
• use automated scraping tools or similar technologies

12. Refund Policy / Right of Withdrawal

B2C Users

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period applies until access to the service is granted.

Refunds may also be issued if the service is not delivered after launch.

B2B Users

If you purchase the service as a business entity, certain consumer protection rights, including the right of withdrawal, may not apply.

13. Market Data Attribution Disclaimer

Market data displayed within the platform is provided for educational and simulation purposes only.

simnatic does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data.

Users may not redistribute, sell, or use the data outside the simulation environment.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

16. Changes to Terms

simnatic may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes where required.
